The entire platform—every tool, every service, every piece of information—is offered to you with the understanding that you accept all the conditions, policies, and notices stated here. This acceptance happens the moment you browse our site or complete a purchase, and it binds you to these Terms of Service, along with any additional terms referenced or linked within them. This applies to every visitor, whether you’re a casual browser, a customer, a vendor, a merchant, or someone contributing content.

If you’re not comfortable with every single part of this agreement, the next step is simple: please don’t use the website or any of its services. When new features or tools are introduced to the store, they automatically fall under the same umbrella of these Terms. Either of us can end this agreement. You can terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Services or simply by stopping use of the site. If, in our judgment, you fail to comply with any term, we can terminate the agreement at any time without notice, and you’ll remain responsible for all amounts due up to the termination date. The obligations and liabilities that accrued before termination will survive.

This document, along with any policies or operating rules posted on our site, represents the entire agreement between us, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals. If we don’t enforce a particular right or provision, that doesn’t mean we’ve waived it. Any ambiguities in interpretation won’t be automatically construed against the drafting party.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that specific part will be severed while the rest remains fully valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
